Hard to communicate with sellers, and impossible to extend time lines

There is no way to actually speak to the contractors. We had to wangle an offsite solution, so we could discuss challenges and solutions. If you type the words Skype or FaceTime, you get a warning.
I wanted to extend the contract by another month due to the complexity of the project. I was told to leave the contract open (which I think affects the sellers reputation), or close the job and repost/rehire. Jumping through hoops for no reason.
Did I mention the 5% fiverr charge. So they get money from the seller, and the buyer. Good gig if you can get it. But Im done with it!
