Not intuitive

(1) Not just a problem of the app, but also of the desktop version indeed. I will never understand why notifications, messages and orders must be organized in three different folders, arent they all messages? I can never find a message when I need it or, even worse, find the member I talked to.

Specific of the app: delivered works as attachments can be opened 5% of the times (most formats are not compatible with the app, so you need to go to the desktop to look at the delivered work).

Third: also the quality of the works is acceptable in just a small minority of cases. In most cases I have to ask for a refund, especially for design and proofreading works, of which finally quality is really ridiculous. Sometimes I have the feeling that the works posted on the members homepage are not authentic .
