With most of the functionality of the full site, the Fiverr app makes connecting with your account convenient on the go.

Thats fiverr in a nutshell. Tons of services and all reasonably priced. I love it and cant see myself not using it anytime soon.

I contracted a service through Fiverr.com. I found a seller to create a .dxf file that was laser cut ready. I was very clear with my communication to this seller and we both agreed to the terms of $40 to complete this work in 3 days. After the 3 days I received my .dxf file but it was NOT laser cutter ready. Honestly it wasnt even close. What i received was essentially a bunch of lines, that appeared to be cutouts, but they were nothing more than empty white space when interpreted by a laser cutter. The file did not have the required lines connected to each other that showed which areas to keep/drop. Effectively I purchased white space for $40 and wasted 3 days of my time. I tried contacting the seller several times to request changes and for them to make it correct but each request went unanswered. Days went by. I then decided that I needed to open a dispute ticket with Fiverr.com because this seller was unwilling to even reply. After creating my dispute a few more days passed and I logged back into their website to see the status of my dispute. I was surprised to see that they closed it, without notifying me, and had it labeled as "resolved". Surprised yet again, I contacted them for clarification and they said that "my order cannot be cancelled based on quality of service delivered". The email went on to explain that is why they have a rating system for buyers to give honest reviews of the sellers. I disputed their assertion that my issue was in any way related to quality of service provided. I explained it is like going into a car dealership and buying a Corvette, but then being forced into driving off the lot on a Moped all the while being told that I got a good deal. It isnt what I purchased and the file I was given had a value of $0. I was starting to get mad at about this point. I paid for this service using my Paypal account. I told the Fiverr representative that if we cannot get this mutually resolved that I would be forced into disputing the charges via Paypal. I was basically threatened that if I did that my account would be restricted as disputes are a direct violation to their terms of service agreement. I was told "sorry" over and over but absolutely no actual help in resolving my issue. I was forced into disputing the charges via Paypal. The Fiverr representative emailed again almost immediately after I created the Paypal dispute and said "if you decide to close your opened Paypal dispute we can refund your funds to either your payment provider or your Fiverr shopping cart, and look into restoring your account. Please advise". What!? They became really helpful as soon as I disputed the charges. The last bit of information that I want to leave here is this. Just as the representative suggested earlier in our conversations, i left my HONEST review of that particular seller. After all, its an important feature of their site as they suggested. My 1 star review was removed from the site within 15 minutes. That seller has nothing but 5 star reviews according to their site but who knows how many actual/honest reviews have been deleted by Fiverr.com. After all, its bad for business to have a bunch of 1 star employees, right? It is quite the business model they have going on over there. I would stay far far away my friends. Of course this is just my honest opinion based on experience, but buyer beware.

they are terrible. They cancel your order in the middle of work and dont give reason. Terrible customer service and technical support. If you fave any problems contact the CEO directly. I cant believe how many times Fiverr F up my order
